About
Pro Planners exists because the three things an event needs — someone to run it, someone to film and market it, and someone to build the system underneath — are almost never the same people. When they are not, the client spends the year translating.
How we work
Everyone says they care about quality. These are narrower, and each one costs us something, which is the only reason they are worth printing.
01
The code, the data, the guest list, the footage. Not licensed back to you, not held on a platform that raises its price once you depend on it. If you leave us, you leave with everything.
02
Nobody should spend their event translating between an agency, a production house and a software vendor. The whole thing is ours, so there is nobody for us to blame and nowhere for a problem to hide.
03
We put on our own shows, book the talent ourselves and sell our own tickets. That is why we know what a promise costs, and why we will tell you when a number does not work instead of finding out on the night.
04
A department you cannot run without us is not a department, it is a dependency. We build systems and teams to be handed across, documented, and left working. Good work should outlast the people who did it.
Reach
We are not tied to one venue or one city. We bring the format, the crew and the audience, and build the show around whatever room we are given.
Anywhere in Pakistan
Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and anywhere with a room and an audience. The crew travels, the format travels.
Any room
Halls, lounges, rooftops, lawns, auditoriums, warehouses. We have built shows in rooms that were never meant to hold one.
Internationally connected
Invitations, embassies and cultural missions when a line up needs someone from outside Pakistan.
Your data
If we are going to hold a person's name, number and where they were on a Saturday night, we should say plainly how it is handled.
Collected for a reason
We ask for what an event needs and nothing else. No field exists on a form because it might be useful one day.
Protected properly
The public side of our systems can add a record and can never read one back. Reading is for signed in staff only.
One tap to leave
Say the word once and you are off the list for good. Not a preference centre with six screens.
